General Manager

Mike joined Smoker Door Sales in April 2023 as General Manager. He has a background in finance and human resources and is passionate about leadership development and making a positive impact in the workplace.

Mike has been married to his incredible wife, Jill, since 1991, and they are active members at Lancaster Alliance Church. They have three adult children, Emily, Katie, and Jamison, son-in-law, Zac, and two amazing grandkids, Ollie and Myla. Outside of work, Mike enjoys all things outdoors, working on projects around the house, golfing, running, and chocolate chip cookies. He is also a long-suffering Buffalo Bills fanatic.
