Mike joined Smoker Door Sales in April 2023, bringing with him experience in finance, operations, and human resources. His passion for leadership development drives him to create a positive and impactful workplace culture.

Mike married his wife, Jill, in 1991. They are proud parents to three adult children: Emily (married to Zac Oakes, with two children, Ollie & Myla); Katie; and Jamison (married to Cassidie).

Outside of work, Mike enjoys all things outdoors, being at the lake or beach, and tackling projects around the house. He’s also an avid runner and golfer, a connoisseur of chocolate chip cookies, and a long-suffering Buffalo Bills fanatic.
