The Smoker Door Sales Story
Jeff Smoker
President/Owner
Jeff grew up on a family farm in Chester County, PA. It was there that he learned the value of a hard day's work and the importance of integrity as a way of life. In 1987, after Jeff graduated from high school, he got a job working for an overhead door company, but it had been a dream of his to someday own and operate his own business. So, in 1998, Jeff felt that God was leading him to take a step of faith and start his own business. Since then, the company has grown in size and also in the area that we service. This growth would not have been possible without the dedicated team of employees that have been a part of Smoker Door Sales.

Smoker Door Sales Character Scholarship
The Smoker Door Sales Character Scholarship is annually awarded to seniors at Pequea Valley High School who exemplify our company’s core values. We see the importance in offering a scholarship that celebrates students who go above and beyond to help others, who lead and inspire others, and make a positive impact on their community. Fostering these values in young leaders helps create a brighter future for all.
Internship Program
Every year, we walk alongside of students at Linville Hill Christian Academy and Pequea Valley High School to provide hands-on workplace experience and as they explore future career paths. We value developing strong leaders and encouraging career development. We are grateful for the opportunity to educate students on business operations and build their confidence as they navigate preparing for the workforce.
Community Drives
We consistently collaborate with local organizations such as The Factory Ministries and Water Street Mission to gather donations for those in need. We cherish the spirit of teamwork that these drives foster among our staff and the generous members of our community.
Pequea Valley Mentorship Program
Throughout the year, our team dedicates time to enhancing students' career paths and workforce education through professional mentorship at Pequea Valley High School. We are committed to nurturing future leaders and are thankful for the chance to build relationships and offer ongoing support to the students at Pequea Valley.
The Factory Ministries
The Factory Ministries addresses poverty in our community by empowering individuals with tools and providing resources through relationships. We take pride in our partnership with the organization and continuously seek out opportunities to volunteer, donate goods, and sponsor events.
Water Street Mission
Water Street Mission provides emergency housing and necessary resources to homeless individuals in Lancaster. Our team volunteers in their Food Outreach Center, participates in their fundraising events, and donates goods to assistance their mission.
