Manny joined our install team in June 2025 as a summer intern from Pequea Valley High School. His prior experience in a retirement home and installing porches developed his appreciation for quality service and honed his attention to detail and craftsmanship. He will continue to balance his role at work with his responsibilities as a senior.

Outside of the workplace, Manny loves to play the guitar, often finding inspiration and relaxation in music. He lives by the motto, "Never back down, never give up” by Fortnite streamer and content creator, Nick Eh 30. This determination drives him to tackle challenges head-on, both in his professional journey and personal pursuits.
