Coleman Sparks started as an Installer with us in November 2025. Coleman previously worked in excavating, remodeling, and camp counseling. He joined our company because of the "amazing care for employees" and is focused on learning new skills while observing how those above him lead. His motto is "Do it anyway".

Outside of work, Coleman's interests include hunting, fishing, weight lifting, and hanging out with friends and family. A fun fact is that he traveled to seven different states and Greece within a single six-month period. He looks forward to bringing a "positive impact to culture" through coworker interactions and meals.
